2023 Wide Receiver Demetrion Cannon recently took an official visit to South East Missouri State. "It was impressive," said Cannon "everything was real smooth."
Cannon is committed to SEMO and will enroll in June. During the 2022 season the explosive playmaker earned 1st team ALL- MCC honors at Wide Receiver. He tallied 30 receptions for 642 yards and 5 TD's.
Cannon will add to a very good 9-3 Redhawks team that won the Ohio Valley in 2022. The Redhawks had a strong passing game in 2022 averaging 241 yards per game through the air. Cannon should add to that success during his time in Cape Giradeau.
